As Australians and people all over the world continue to be affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, we are focused on doing everything we can to continue providing you, our customers, what you need in these uncertain and difficult times.
Can I still place and receive orders on Car Dealz?
Yes. We are still open and operating as normal, there is currently no disruption to our services. We are working around the clock to make sure there is no delay or interruption.
Are shipping times delayed?
Our freight partners including Australia Post are still delivering however there are some delivery delays and service impacts due to Coronavirus. With many people moving to online shopping and working from home, we are seeing an increase in orders being placed which is resulting in delays.
Our warehouse and partners are still dispatching within the advertised time frames, though due to delivery delays with carriers, you may experience significantly longer delays in delivery.
Delays will mean:
- Priority Mail services may be suspended
- Delivery time for Perth and Brisbane may increase by up to five days
- Delivery time for North Queensland may increase by up to seven days
- Delivery times for Tasmania may increase by three days
- Delivery times for International Post is subjected to the geographical locations, delayed timeframe may vary.
Is Car Dealz affected by any current shutdowns to businesses?
No. Car Dealz is not subject to a shutdown and continues to operate.
Will Car Dealz be affected by a shutdown?
Right now, Car Dealz is operating, and we believe will continue to operate, providing our customers with the items they need. Many of our staff are now working remotely, and our warehouse operations are adopting dynamic working practices to ensure safety, hygiene and the continued fulfilment of orders. In addition, our Marketplace sellers in Australia and abroad are continuing with their operations.
We do not know what the future holds, but we have every expectation that we will continue to serve our customers throughout this crisis to meet their needs. We will keep everyone updated as the situation unfolds.
